Welcome to my channel! Today, we're diving into a fantastic recipe featuring a 20-ounce ribeye steak. This ribeye cost me just $6, and I can't wait to show you how to make it delicious using Wagyu beef tallow. If you're into keto or a carnivore diet, you'll find Wagyu beef to be an excellent fat source because it has minimal linoleic acid. I've been enjoying this lifestyle for over 3,275 days, and I've noticed a significant improvement in how I feel when I eat just beef compared to other meats like chicken or pork, which I now avoid.

I'll also touch on some alarming practices in the U.S. meat industry, like the use of RNA vaccines in pork. These vaccines are not permitted in many other countries, and the long-term health impacts are still unknown. This could be one reason I feel better sticking to beef, eggs, seafood, and occasionally lamb. Avoiding pork and chicken has made a noticeable difference in how I feel.

In today's video, I'm using a cast iron pan since I believe it's a healthier alternative to nonstick cookware, which can release harmful substances. Ideally, stick to cast iron or stainless steel for cooking. If you're health-conscious and living in the U.S., you know we have to be extra cautious about what goes into our food supply. Hopefully, we'll see changes soon that improve our food safety regulations.

I'm also going to share some details about my intermittent fasting routine. Typically, I do an 18-hour fast, and I recently cut out half and half from my coffee due to the issues with pasteurization and homogenization of milk. Understanding the impact of A1 versus A2 proteins and the benefits of raw milk can make a huge difference if you're sensitive to dairy.

To manage cancer without toxicity is to simultaneously restrict the two fuels that are needed to drive this dysregulated growth while transitioning the whole body off to a fuel that the tumor cells can't use, which is fatty acids and ketone bodies. So, when we take the cancer patients or the mice, we put them into a calorie restriction, lowering the blood sugar, and then we use specific drugs to target the glutamine.
And together, we can selectively restrict the two fuels while we transition the whole body over to cancer. to ketones. We as a species evolved to be in nutritional ketosis for the majority of our existence for centuries and centuries, thousands and thousands of years. Our species, you and me, our ancestors, were always in a state of nutritional ketosis because there was very few carbohydrates in the environment for them to be consuming, right?
So the cancer cell, the body, you and I could, if we stopped eating and we, you know, took a low carbohydrate diet and just did water only fasting, we would get into nutritional ketosis where the normal cells, our brain, our kidneys, our heart, can be burning these ketone bodies because they have a good mitochondria and they can burn these fuels effectively.
The tumor cells have a bad mitochondria. They can't burn those fuels. They're dependent on glucose and glutamine. We can replace glucose and glutamine with ketone bodies in the normal cells of our So we selectively marginalize these tumor cells slowly over time, they slowly start to die, the blood vessels disappear, and the body comes in and dissolves them.

What you experienced was a term called learned helplessness. How many have heard of the term before? I miss your hands. Learned helplessness is often used in the academic literature to mean what?

As you get better, and there's another one, you're going to have periods where we know that there's aces in here and there's nos in here, but they're not going to pop up right away. The thing is, don't get discouraged. And it's just a numbers game. Okay. So, that's one of the things. As you get better, you'll be able to put more aces and jokers in here as you get better with your techniques and your product that you're trying to offer.
And it doesn't matter whether it is, whether it's services or products or anything, as long as you have a decent product, the person that flips through the nos is going to be better. Whether that's digitally and you get a bunch of leads coming in, obviously the quality matters, but we're just going for baseline here.

02:03 Mastering High Ticket Sales
So, how's it to do big ticket sales or high ticket sales? Let's say $3,500 to $25,000 or $100,000. Are they a little bit different to handle? Yeah, they're a little, you have to get your hands around them, but in some ways they're easier. So, let's try this. We got a no. We got a no, we got a no, we got a no, we got another no, we got a winner, chicken dinner.
So, that was a $3,500 to let's say $100,000 sale. Okay. And it takes a little bit longer to get these leads in if you do it the other way, the normal way.
And you got to remember 99% of the people out there are doing most things wrong. Okay. Because 1-2% or less than that controls over 50% of the whole market. And, we'll talk about another principle that that's useful in.

What I want to talk to you about is Price's Law. Typically, what it says is that 50% of any given sales results, whether it's selling cars or anything else or manufacturing or widgets or services, 50% of it is controlled by the square root of the number of people involved which, if you don't remember square roots, so the square root of 100 is 10.
So, 10 companies or 10 businesses will control 50% of the market if there's 100 people in it. Now, here's where it gets really fun. So, if it goes to 500. You would think it would go up dramatically. It doesn't. Only about 22 will control 50% of the market. The square root of a thousand is roughly 32 and for 10,000, it's only a hundred. They control 50% of the market. You want to know why? Because they figured this out and it doesn't matter what the market is. They know that get to the nos as fast as they can and to weed them out, they're going to get the most aces.

04:00 Automating Success with AI
So, if you can set up an automated system, which AI can do, and you can have it deal cards so that it's going at a super fast rate, or you get better at it, you're going to get more sales.
So basically, that's it in a nutshell. If you get your head wrapped around this concept, you're going to be able to dominate your market.

So, don't be afraid of the nos. Let yourself and be reminded to yourself that the faster I get through the nos, the quicker I'm going to get to the aces and the jokers. All right.
