This home in Ann Arbor had a flat section of the roof that met the base of a sloped roof where the water would run off. We installed EPDM, a synthetic rubber material that is highly effective in withstanding water damage. To avoid excessive water pooling, we installed a Copper scupper which allows water to drain.
