Easily Get New Customers:
Mastering Marketing Basics: How to Get Your Product or Service Noticed

In this insightful video, Andrew Anderson discusses the fundamentals of effective marketing and the importance of visibility to boost sales for your product or service. Emphasizing the significance of putting yourself out there, Andrew outlines how leveraging various media channels like videos, social media, blogging, and AI-driven content can dramatically increase product awareness.

Referencing the book 'Ogilvy on Advertising,' Andrew explains that the primary reason many businesses fail to generate higher sales is due to a lack of awareness among potential customers. He shares an impactful advertisement from the book that underscores this principle, illustrating how crucial it is for companies to introduce themselves to their audience in a meaningful way.

Andrew stresses that before potential customers make a purchase, they often scrutinize every aspect of your online presence, from your social media profiles to your website. This thorough examination underscores the importance of proving your expertise and ability to solve their problems effectively.

A key takeaway from the video is the concept that understanding and articulating your customers' pain points better than they can is a strong indicator that you have the solution. By doing this effectively, you're likely to convince potential customers that you understand their needs and can provide the help they seek.

Moreover, Andrew highlights the basics of human behavior in marketing – people buy things either to avoid pain or to seek pleasure. Successful marketing strategies should address both these motivations. He gives practical examples, contrasting the pain of financial insecurity with the pleasure of a worry-free retirement.

He also offers practical guidance on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service, explaining that simply doing what you promise puts you ahead of many competitors. Andrew encourages overcoming fears related to marketing efforts and stresses the importance of being consistent in self-promotion.

Drawing from personal experience, Andrew admits having been so involved with his clients' needs that he neglected his own marketing. He emphasizes that it's crucial for business owners to apply their own advice to their businesses and not let fear or busyness become an obstacle. He underscores the need to get started without waiting for perfect conditions, using simple tools like a smartphone and affordable accessories for video creation.

In closing, Andrew inspires viewers to connect with people who need their products and to spread awareness about their value. He reminds everyone that by overcoming excuses and focusing on marketing efforts, they can make significant progress in reaching and helping their potential customers.

Ribeye & Wagyu Beef Tallow And Unsafe Pork In The US.

Healthy Keto Cooking: Ribeye & Wagyu Beef Tallow

Welcome to my channel! Today, we're diving into a fantastic recipe featuring a 20-ounce ribeye steak. This ribeye cost me just $6, and I can't wait to show you how to make it delicious using Wagyu beef tallow. If you're into keto or a carnivore diet, you'll find Wagyu beef to be an excellent fat source because it has minimal linoleic acid. I've been enjoying this lifestyle for over 3,275 days, and I've noticed a significant improvement in how I feel when I eat just beef compared to other meats like chicken or pork, which I now avoid.

I'll also touch on some alarming practices in the U.S. meat industry, like the use of RNA vaccines in pork. These vaccines are not permitted in many other countries, and the long-term health impacts are still unknown. This could be one reason I feel better sticking to beef, eggs, seafood, and occasionally lamb. Avoiding pork and chicken has made a noticeable difference in how I feel.

In today's video, I'm using a cast iron pan since I believe it's a healthier alternative to nonstick cookware, which can release harmful substances. Ideally, stick to cast iron or stainless steel for cooking. If you're health-conscious and living in the U.S., you know we have to be extra cautious about what goes into our food supply. Hopefully, we'll see changes soon that improve our food safety regulations.

I'm also going to share some details about my intermittent fasting routine. Typically, I do an 18-hour fast, and I recently cut out half and half from my coffee due to the issues with pasteurization and homogenization of milk. Understanding the impact of A1 versus A2 proteins and the benefits of raw milk can make a huge difference if you're sensitive to dairy.

Looking ahead to 2025, I have some exciting projects lined up, including my book 'Eat Fat and Skinny,' which is packed with 30 days of keto recipes. You'll also find these recipes available on Kindle. I'm leaning more towards a carnivorous diet nowadays because I've realized that even some vegetables can make me feel unwell. Spinach, for example, has high oxalate levels that can affect my joints.

As we cook our ribeye to perfection, remember to keep an eye out for great deals on beef. It’s a nutrient-dense food that can boost your brain function and overall health. I cover all this in greater detail in one of my earlier YouTube videos about 'sixth gear' performance.

By the way, thanks for sticking around until the end! I look forward to connecting with you more this year. Feel free to ask any questions or share your thoughts in the comments. Happy cooking! Take care.

Bitcoin and Tesla: What's Going On

Why It's Not Too Late to Invest in Bitcoin: Insights and Future Predictions by Andrew Anderson

With a history of talking publicly about Bitcoin since it was priced around $1,700 to $3,000 back in 2017, Andrew addresses the common concern: Is it too late to invest in Bitcoin? He argues that it's not too late and explains why Bitcoin still offers immense potential for skyrocketing gains. Andrew elaborates on Bitcoin's striking growth, providing a comprehensive analysis of its past performance and future prospects.

He forecasts Bitcoin's potential to soar from its current valuation around $107,000 to values in the millions within the next three to seven years. Andrew details how Bitcoin’s exponential growth has made early investors billionaires, and why today's latecomers still have a golden opportunity. He also delves into the effects of fiat currency devaluation and rising inflation rates, explaining how these economic factors make Bitcoin an increasingly valuable asset class.

Andrew suggests that, unlike traditional investments like savings accounts and stock market ventures, Bitcoin offers significantly higher returns, making it a crucial component of any diversified investment portfolio. Beyond Bitcoin, he shares insights on Tesla stock, asserting that it may likely reach $4,000 to $4,200 in the future given its current momentum and advancements.

Andrew also touches upon the growth of companies like Ioniq and D Wave, comparing them to salmon swimming upstream in a highly competitive market. For aspiring investors and seasoned experts alike, this episode is packed with actionable insights and predictions designed to help you maximize financial returns and leverage in life. Finally, Andrew invites genuine experts to join his podcast to share valuable insights on financial investments and more. Don't miss this episode if you want to understand why Bitcoin is a smart investment choice for securing your financial future. Dr Thomas Seyfried Explains The Link Between Sugar and Cancer
To manage cancer without toxicity is to simultaneously restrict the two fuels that are needed to drive this dysregulated growth while transitioning the whole body off to a fuel that the tumor cells can't use, which is fatty acids and ketone bodies. So, when we take the cancer patients or the mice, we put them into a calorie restriction, lowering the blood sugar, and then we use specific drugs to target the glutamine.
And together, we can selectively restrict the two fuels while we transition the whole body over to cancer. to ketones. We as a species evolved to be in nutritional ketosis for the majority of our existence for centuries and centuries, thousands and thousands of years. Our species, you and me, our ancestors, were always in a state of nutritional ketosis because there was very few carbohydrates in the environment for them to be consuming, right?
So the cancer cell, the body, you and I could, if we stopped eating and we, you know, took a low carbohydrate diet and just did water only fasting, we would get into nutritional ketosis where the normal cells, our brain, our kidneys, our heart, can be burning these ketone bodies because they have a good mitochondria and they can burn these fuels effectively.
The tumor cells have a bad mitochondria. They can't burn those fuels. They're dependent on glucose and glutamine. We can replace glucose and glutamine with ketone bodies in the normal cells of our So we selectively marginalize these tumor cells slowly over time, they slowly start to die, the blood vessels disappear, and the body comes in and dissolves them.

Famous Psychology Experiment on Learned Helplessness

Famous Psychology Experiment
These are anagrams. Just do the first one only. Go ahead and solve it. An anagram is rearrange the letters to form a word. Just one. Just rearrange those letters to form a word. When you're done, I need to see your hand raised. Hands
up, please.
Just do number one. Don't go on. Don't go on. This isn't meant to be difficult. Okay, put your hands down. Let's just go to number two. Don't even worry about number one. Go to number two. Solve that one. Again, when you're done, I want to see your hands up.
Everybody's hands down. We're going to go ahead and do number three. For number three, rearrange the letters, and as soon as you do, go ahead and put your hand up.
Here's what you need to know. You were both given two different lists. This side of the room was given two different lists. These three words. The left side of the room, here you go. They were given bat. What would the word be? Bat. The second one, they were given lemon. Brian, the word? Melon. Melon. Very easy.
The trick here was, both of you were given the third word, which was the same. The third word was cinerama, which was? American. American. Your first two words on this side of my classroom. were not solvable. They were impossible tasks. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I know, but here's what we did this for. I was able to induce something called learned helplessness in the left side of the room very easily within about five minutes.
I want you to think about what happened to you, this left side of the room, when you saw the right side of the room raising their hands because they already had the task done. What happened to you during that time? Jory? I felt stupid. You felt stupid? Yeah. Okay. I felt rushed. Felt rushed? Joelle? I was even more confused.
You were even more confused because they all got it and you were still struggling. Chelsea? Frustrated. Frustrated. What happened by the time you got to the third word? Because I'm here to tell you, this side of the room is not significantly more intelligent than this side of the room. That was a random assignment.
So what happened to show the differences? Why did you have more of a difficult time with the third word was the, which was the exact same word, Brian. My confidence was shut. What you experienced was a term called learned helplessness. How many have heard of the term before? I miss your hands. Learned helplessness is often used in the academic literature to mean what?
Jory? Basically, they fail once or can't do something one time and then they apply that to everything in the future.
